Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle sales by cultivating strategic partnerships across fintech, banking, and crypto institutions
• Generate new revenue opportunities by building relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and execute partner-enabled sales strategies bridging traditional finance and web3
• Own the entire sales process including pipeline development, deal structuring, and revenue optimization
• Track industry trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunities
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate growth
• Create and maintain scalable processes to manage multiple partnership channels

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales and partnership roles
• Strong understanding of the payments space and card processing
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain commercial relationships
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proven success in customer sales and prospecting
