About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage agency relationships and develop business plans to grow new business and retain existing clients
  • Identify and acquire new clients with annual premiums ranging from $5,000 to $250,000+
  • Conduct agency field visits to assigned agents and brokers across Northern and Central California
  • Support renewal retention by positioning rate and exposure changes using value-based approaches
  • Provide training to agencies on Chubb’s products, services, and competitive advantages
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase account rounding
  • Maintain disciplined sales processes and documentation using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Underwriting, Risk Consulting, Product, and Claims

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines sales, marketing, underwriting, claims, or risk consulting
  • Proven track record of achieving sales performance and driving results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to high-net-worth clients
