About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage agency relationships and develop business plans to grow new business and retain existing clients
- Identify and acquire new clients with annual premiums ranging from $5,000 to $250,000+
- Conduct agency field visits to assigned agents and brokers across Northern and Central California
- Support renewal retention by positioning rate and exposure changes using value-based approaches
- Provide training to agencies on Chubb’s products, services, and competitive advantages
- Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase account rounding
- Maintain disciplined sales processes and documentation using Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams including Underwriting, Risk Consulting, Product, and Claims
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines sales, marketing, underwriting, claims, or risk consulting
- Proven track record of achieving sales performance and driving results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to high-net-worth clients
