About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate sales activities within defined fields of responsibility to drive business growth.
- Own business development activities, including route management and the development of specific markets and trade lanes.
- Manage and oversee global agent relationships to expand the partner network.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Perform partner development by monitoring profitability and informing partners about company products.
- Execute sales lead management and apply expertise in economic geography and competitor information.
- Monitor risk management and payment term agreements within assigned territories.
- Represent company interests to third parties and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in business development or sales.
- Fluency in both English and Bulgarian.
- Proven track record of opening new business opportunities and closing sales.
