About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate sales activities within defined fields of responsibility to drive business growth.
- Own business development activities and manage route development for specific markets and trade lanes.
- Manage and oversee global agent relationships to expand the partner network.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Perform partner development and monitor the profitability of assigned geographical areas.
- Conduct sales lead management and expertise in competitor information and target accounts.
- Monitor risk management and payment term agreements.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to align with company-wide business development targets.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Proven track record of opening new business opportunities and closing sales.
