About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate sales activities within defined fields of responsibility to drive business growth.
- Own business development activities and manage route development for specific markets and trade lanes.
- Manage and oversee global agent relationships to expand the partner network.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Perform partner development by monitoring profitability and updating partners on company products.
- Conduct sales lead management and monitor risk management and payment term agreements.
- Represent company interests to third parties and coordinate with internal departments to meet common targets.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Proven track record of opening new business opportunities and closing sales.
