About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate sales activities within defined fields of responsibility to drive business growth.
  • Own business development activities and manage route development for specific markets and trade lanes.
  • Manage and oversee global agent relationships to expand the partner network.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Perform partner development by monitoring profitability and updating partners on company products.
  • Conduct sales lead management and monitor risk management and payment term agreements.
  • Represent company interests to third parties and coordinate with internal departments to meet common targets.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Proven track record of opening new business opportunities and closing sales.
