About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with top major accounts, multinational customers, and large corporate clients through regular visits.
  • Maintain, retain, and expand existing key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales Management teams to develop core trade lanes and vertical markets.
  • Manage the RFQ and tender process in coordination with local and global teams to ensure successful conversions.
  • Provide timely quotations to customers and ensure diligent follow-up to secure business.
  • Report all sales activities daily using Salesforce.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and follow up with global partner branches.
  • Monitor and achieve established KPIs and ensure outstanding payments are settled according to credit terms.
  • Collect customer feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–15 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record in selling both Air and Sea Freight (Import/Export).
  • Deep market knowledge of the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools.
  • Degree in Logistics, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
