Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and independently manage tasks within the Food and Beverage vertical
• Develop new customer accounts and expand market presence
• Maintain existing customer relationships and improve customer information management
• Manage company accounts receivable within prescribed periods
• Conduct regular customer visits to collect feedback, address complaints, and improve service quality

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development
• Strong knowledge of both air and sea export/import operations and pricing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on know-how with FM3000 and S.P.O.T. systems
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Willingness and ability to travel for business needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of regular clients within the industry
