About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and independently manage tasks within the Food and Beverage vertical
- Develop new customer accounts and expand market presence
- Maintain existing customer relationships and improve customer information management
- Manage company accounts receivable within prescribed periods
- Conduct regular customer visits to collect feedback, address complaints, and improve service quality
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of both air and sea export/import operations and pricing
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of regular clients within the industry
- Experience using FM3000 or S.P.O.T. systems
