Business Development Manager

BJAK builds superior application platforms globally with the mission of creating successful businesses while contributing positively to society. We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry, currently serving over 8 million users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partners in Taiwan
• Lead end-to-end partnership initiatives from pitching and negotiation to implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design proposals, partnership programs, and joint initiatives
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Monitor partnership KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Represent BJAK in partner meetings, industry engagements, and professional forums
• Anticipate partner needs and proactively address operational or strategic challenges

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles
• Insurance or financial services experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in securing and expanding high-value partnerships
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data
• Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English
