Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Derive business development strategies and directions based on understanding of the AMR robot market, products, and services
• Create new customers for AMR robot adoption and build references
• Build and manage sales pipelines
• Plan partnerships by identifying specific commercialization benefits and risks
• Expand relationships with existing partners and discover new partners based on long-term organizational development strategies
• Execute the business model (BM) discovery and commercialization process from A to Z

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience targeting large logistics companies or enterprise SI
• Basic financial knowledge and data analysis skills
• Proven experience generating actual revenue in new businesses or untapped markets
• Excellent written communication skills in Korean and English (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)
• Ability to lead long-term projects by understanding customer organizational structures and decision-making processes
• Strong communication skills to coordinate complex stakeholders (customers, SI, internal organizations)

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience targeting large 3PL or manufacturing-affiliated logistics organizations
• Experience with enterprise SI or group company projects
• Experience with logistics automation, WMS, WCS, or facility/robot integration projects
• Sales experience in logistics robots (AGV, AMR) or factory automation solutions
• Experience in IT, autonomous driving, or robotics industries
