About the Company

Nuur is an AI-driven mental wellbeing platform with two tracks: Nuur (B2B), a corporate solution designed for employees in the MENA region, and Nuur Kids, a joint venture targeting student wellbeing for ages 8–22 across GCC schools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in Saudi Arabia and the broader region
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
• Create and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals that maximize value for the organization
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the Saudi Arabian or Middle Eastern market
• Strong track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking capabilities and proficiency in CRM software
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and regional locations
