Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise international biotech and pharma customers on innovative R&D projects
• Develop long-term customer relationships and acquire new projects for sustainable partnerships
• Present the service portfolio at customer sites and international specialist conferences
• Develop customized offers, project plans, and solutions in collaboration with expert teams
• Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships in the international market
• Work closely with teams in Germany and the USA and the Head of Business Development

Requirements

• Completed university degree in natural sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Pharmacy)
• Ideally experience in business development within the biotech, pharma, or CRO industry
• Knowledge of nucleic acid therapeutics and regulated environments
• Strong communication skills and professional presence for international client interaction
• Structured, independent working style and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German and English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
