Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and prepare onboarding, piloting, and roll-out processes alongside sales colleagues and management
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management
• Prepare professional presentations and proposals for potential new clients
• Manage and implement customer-related projects independently
• Analyze and evaluate existing customer processes to generate growth and increase efficiency
• Act as a key interface between local sales, local departments, the European headquarters, and customers
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify needs and implement new products, processes, or services

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration/economics
• Proven experience in project management
• Multi-year professional experience in sales, ideally within remarketing or corporate business
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of numeracy
• Demonstrated sales competence with a track record of achieving concrete results
