Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify BD opportunities with an In-Licensing and Co-Marketing focus
• Coordinate BD global opportunities and assist the CC&BDO with contract negotiations and scouting activities
• Maintain and coordinate databases for BD&L, strategic initiatives, and competitor mapping
• Manage the BD value chain including CDAs, initial terms, business plans, and due diligence data rooms
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Medico Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Assist with department budget preparation and monthly reporting

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business or equivalent
• Experience in licensing, business development, or M&A project coordination
• International experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health sector
• Strong understanding of business and financial cases
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a lean organization
