About the Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs with clear expectations around activity, messaging quality, and pipeline creation
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation goals and run weekly forecasting, performance reviews, and funnel analysis
  • Refine outbound prospecting strategy, sequences, and messaging
  • Oversee inbound lead triage, SLAs, and qualification standards
  • Maintain clean, accurate Salesforce data and drive consistent use of tools and processes
  • Partner with Marketing on targeting, campaigns, and persona-based messaging
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on account prioritization
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top BDR talent

Requirements

  • 3+ years of BDR/SDR management experience with ownership of pipeline or meeting generation targets
  • 5+ years in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or related roles
  • Strong coaching capability and experience improving outbound messaging
  • Proven ability to run rigorous forecast, activity, and funnel management cadences
  • SaaS/technology sales background
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both high-growth startups and scaled technology companies
  • Experience selling into wealth management, family offices, private equity, or venture capital
  • Deep understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends
