Business Development Manager (AMR/Robotics Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies for AMR, robotics, and automation solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, and security sectors.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and comprehensive business needs assessments.
• Analyze customer challenges to recommend suitable robotics and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, solution concepts, and project scopes.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and professional presentation materials.
• Negotiate commercial terms and build strategic relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automation, robotics, logistics, industrial equipment, or engineering solutions.
• Background in security solutions or high-tech industrial sales.
