Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective capture strategies to drive market share and revenue for the Architecture Practice
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key external clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify and drive new project opportunities to ensure a sustainable business pipeline
• Lead high-value pursuits and contribute to proposal development, including strategic positioning and pricing
• Work independently to meet or exceed annual capture and revenue targets
• Collaborate across internal business lines and geographies to support profitable growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in the architecture, engineering, or design consulting industry
• Demonstrated track record in revenue growth, client relationship management, and pursuit leadership
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
