Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and generate outbound prospects to expand the business footprint
• Identify RFPs and ensure the company qualifies to respond to complex procurement processes
• Lead the strategic design of offers and establish profitable pricing models
• Design proposal decks, present to prospects, and close high-value B2B deals
• Draft engagement contracts and monitor commercial performance via CRM management
• Represent the company at industry-related events and webinars to build regional presence

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory
• Proven track record in managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing enterprise deals
• Experience navigating RFPs and corporate procurement processes
• Strong financial acumen for pricing, negotiation, and contract drafting
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear decks
• Deep knowledge of the regional business ecosystem and local market habits
