Business Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead Hong Kong operations by building and executing strategies to expand our footprint in the stablecoin and RWA sectors
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key institutional clients, financial service firms, and regulators
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals that drive adoption of LayerZero technology in the region
• Represent the company in discussions with regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies to help shape the digital asset landscape
• Partner with internal product and solutions teams to deliver client value and align with global priorities

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, Real-World Assets (RWAs), and the broader digital asset ecosystem
• Proven expertise in full-cycle business development, from origination to deal closure
• Deep experience managing institutional relationships, including regulators and financial service companies
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
• Professional proficiency in English is required; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong plus
• Ability to operate with high agency in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
