About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline in accordance with sales strategy
  • Lead and monitor business projects or campaigns to achieve expected results
  • Lead contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with local partners and ensure mutual growth
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, logistics solutions, quotations (RFQ/RFP), and biddings
  • Analyze and present data reports and business analysis to internal stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities to drive competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record in identifying and closing business deals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the local UK market, including industry trends and key players
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the logistics or a related industry
  • Ability to coach and mentor sales teams while fostering a collaborative culture
  • Data-driven approach to strategic problem-solving
