About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Business Development team to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Develop and implement a clear business growth plan targeting IMA sector opportunities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new customers and partnerships in target markets
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Track and report on sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in Industrial, Medical, or Automotive sectors
  • Hunter mentality for identifying and capturing new business opportunities
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or key account management
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with the memory market is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
