Business Development Lead - Cyber

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic cybersecurity partnerships, from initial strategy and executive alignment through product scoping, commercial negotiation, and launch.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate partner needs and technical constraints into actionable product roadmap recommendations.
• Partner with Security, Policy, Legal, and Safety teams to ensure partnerships adhere to proper use-case boundaries, data handling, and risk reviews.
• Coordinate with GTM, channel, and cloud service provider teams to drive customer adoption and measurable impact from partnerships.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with executives and product leaders across the global cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Bring structure to ambiguous opportunities and communicate clear decisions to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or general management within the cybersecurity and technology industry.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, including key industry incentives and market dynamics.
• Fluency in compliance and regulatory environments such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
• Proven success managing complex partnership lifecycles involving product integration and commercial execution.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to lead cross-functionally across engineering, legal, policy, and GTM teams.
• Exceptional judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
