Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with legal professionals, partners, GCs, and other key decision-makers
- Provide tailored legal solutions to meet client business objectives
- Design and execute growth strategies for legal services markets
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and RFPs
- Create compelling business proposals, pitch materials, and thought leadership campaigns
- Analyze legal market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with partners and marketing teams on client targeting and cross-selling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or legal education
- 4 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the legal sector
- In-depth knowledge of the legal industry structure and services
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a legal consultancy environment
- Established network of law firm partners and GCs
- Experience with legal procurement, panel reviews, and RFP processes
