Business Development Intern to Hire

Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting IT products and services through lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach
• Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update lead data and sales pipelines in CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align outreach strategies
• Work towards assigned targets to contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student with an MBA or BBA degree (Sales, Marketing, or related field)
• Strong interest in IT sales, SaaS products, and business development
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation activities
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Basic understanding of CRM tools such as Zoho or HubSpot is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills
