About the Company

Quaestor Advisors, an affiliated entity of Arena Investors, provides return-enhancing portfolio and asset servicing for Arena and a select group of partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Salesforce software data remains current and accurate reflection of marketing pipeline
• Utilize external and internal data sources to update leads, contact details, and tier ratings
• Partner with sales professionals to enhance outreach and marketing efforts
• Create and facilitate ongoing production of metrics capturing marketing efforts and pipeline health
• Project manage and assist with production of ad hoc and recurring reporting for clients
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate posting of data and content on internal and external forums

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top university, ideally in a quantitative area (e.g., finance, economics, accounting)
• 0-1 years of direct experience in finance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of personal integrity and ethical standards
