Business Development Intern

NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system. We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across tech, mobile, and consumer brands
• Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot
• Support outbound outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and warm intros
• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
• Assist in tracking leads, pipeline status, and deal notes in CRM tools
• Sit in on sales calls and client meetings to learn discovery, positioning, and closing
• Support partnerships, referrals, and special growth initiatives

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis
• Curious about startups, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship
• Self-starter mindset: proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or startups
• Familiarity with paid social, digital marketing, or creator-led brands
