Business Development Intern

About the Company

Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, working towards a solar system on every roof and a battery in every home. We provide integrated solutions for decentralized energy, including solar systems, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps, powered by our AI-driven platform Enpal.One+.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between Financial Operations and Partner Success teams
• Design and scale collaboration processes between teams using automation and AI agents
• Support credit underwriting, including land registry document review and document compilation
• Create, review, and adapt contract documents and coordinate their dispatch
• Support answering inquiries from end customers and partners
• Prepare documents for the Underwriting Committee and perform basic financial analyses
• Collect and verify Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation for completeness and accuracy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a top-tier university
• Initial work experience or internships in fast-growing companies, startups, or management consulting
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of responsibility and a "can-do" mentality
