Responsibilities

• Acquire new business accounts and onboard them into the portfolio
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts to drive revenue growth
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Understand unique client goals, challenges, and requirements to offer tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product
• Monitor key account performance metrics such as revenue, usage, satisfaction, and retention
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet clients regularly to strengthen relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in payments, B2B, fintech, or banking
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing key accounts
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel daily to meet clients
