Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and align with business objectives
• Manage the sales team by conducting regular meetings, providing coaching, and monitoring performance
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and build brand awareness
• Partner with product and development teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management
• Evaluate and improve sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay updated on trends

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the CRM or software industry
• Proven track record of driving sales revenue and exceeding targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Familiarity with Zoho is preferred
