Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Recruit new agent locations and manage existing accounts within an assigned territory to maximize revenue.
• Generate leads, call on prospects, and convert potential clients into new business signings.
• Provide ongoing support to agents through regular visits, training on products/systems, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor competitor rates and provide feedback to the company regarding market trends, client concerns, or suggestions.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Compliance, Accounts Receivable, and Products to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with collections from non-paying agents and support the Compliance department with agent training.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to meet with clients and prospects.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 2-3 years of experience in outside sales.
• Proven negotiation, sales closing, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
