Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Recruit new agent locations and provide ongoing service to existing agents within an assigned territory
• Generate leads, call on prospects, and convert opportunities into new business signings
• Support the new agent application process and provide necessary system training
• Maximize same-store sales and control agent attrition through regular agency visits
• Monitor competitor rates and provide market feedback to the company
• Maintain equipment and assist with collections from non-paying agents
• Travel up to 80% of the time to meet with clients and prospects

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• 2-3 years of experience in outside sales
• Proven negotiation, sales closing, and relationship management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record
