About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive market expansion by engaging with prospective SME members and communicating the benefits of the Tide app.
  • Convert leads into active members by proactively calling applicants and guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with prospective members to identify opportunities for relevant financial products.
  • Ensure compliance by working with KYC agents to verify documentation and resolve application issues.
  • Maximize upselling opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams regarding the onboarding experience to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written French.
  • Proven experience in telesales, business development, or customer service.
  • Target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and financial regulations.
  • Previous experience working within the fintech sector.
  • Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools such as Zendesk or predictive dialers.
