About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue growth across iconic tourism brands by managing strategic partner relationships
  • Coordinate group allocation activity and monitor materialisation outcomes
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for strategic account enquiries regarding rates, products, and market updates
  • Monitor local and international tourism industry trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure partner portals, websites, and brochures are kept current with relevant imagery and information
  • Coordinate campaign activities and the distribution of marketing collateral
  • Plan and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual partner training sessions
  • Support the Strategic Account Manager with event administration, including booth design and registration
  • Represent Journey Beyond at key consumer and trade shows

Requirements

  • Background in the tourism sector
  • Proven skills in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to enhance customer experiences
  • Current National Police Clearance
