Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales cycle from outreach and demos to closing new business
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts to balance client value with company profit margins
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the CRM
- Provide product feedback to the Product Team based on client insights
- Manage partnerships with local industry groups and travel associations
Requirements
- Experience in new business acquisition, preferably in SaaS
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Proficiency in English
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Growth mindset and openness to coaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in hotel tech, OTA, or revenue management
- Prior experience selling into the LATAM market
