Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities and potential leads to the cement trading team.
• Promote the full range of company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor vessel operations related to loading and discharging activities at ports in Vietnam.
• Gather and share market intelligence regarding new cement plants, clinker production lines, and industry trends.
• Liaise with local agents and port authorities in Vietnam to collect import/export data and submit reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
• Track and report monthly export activities for clinker, cement, and slag, as well as material imports.

Requirements

• University degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management.
• Proven experience working within the cement industry.
• Experience working in an international work environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
