Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Dubai and the MENA region
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, including developers, consultants, and contractors
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client submissions
• Track and manage leads using CRM systems and provide regular pipeline reports to the head office

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 6-10 years of professional experience in the UAE
• Strong existing network within engineering consultancy, architecture, or construction sectors
• Proven track record in project acquisition and winning new business
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
• Experience working with master developers or government entities
• Exposure to multiple sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and hospitality
• Understanding of design consultancy workflows
