Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop new businesses, generate sales opportunities, and manage key accounts to meet revenue targets
• Create sales and marketing plans for designated industries and geographical locations
• Conduct market analysis to determine industry needs, pricing, and competition trends
• Prepare customized costing, service proposals, service agreements, and tenders
• Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through professional engagement
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely issuance of invoices and collection of receivables
• Resolve customer complaints and collaborate on marketing campaigns
• Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies

Requirements

• Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, petroleum, or industrial) or business-related degree
• Minimum of five years of experience in sales or business development
• Knowledge of energy, oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in preparing cost worksheets and drafting proposals
• Ability to conduct cold calls, email marketing, and client presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and willingness to learn CRM tools like Salesforce
• Fluency in English and Filipino (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors
• Experience with storage tank inspections and calibrations
