About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop new businesses, generate sales opportunities, and manage key accounts to meet revenue targets
- Create sales and business development plans for designated industry segments and geographical locations
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry needs, pricing, and trends
- Identify and contact potential clients through research and networking
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and tenders within set deadlines
- Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through consistent engagement
- Prepare and submit accurate reports of sales activities and client visits
- Resolve customer complaints and monitor customer satisfaction
Requirements
- College degree in Engineering, allied courses, or Business Management
- At least 2 years of business development, sales, or technical experience
- Experience in Energy (power plant) or mining industries preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Fluency in English and Filipino (written and verbal)
