About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop new businesses, generate sales opportunities, and manage key accounts to meet revenue targets
  • Create sales and business development plans for designated industry segments and geographical locations
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry needs, pricing, and trends
  • Identify and contact potential clients through research and networking
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements, and tenders within set deadlines
  • Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through consistent engagement
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports of sales activities and client visits
  • Resolve customer complaints and monitor customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • College degree in Engineering, allied courses, or Business Management
  • At least 2 years of business development, sales, or technical experience
  • Experience in Energy (power plant) or mining industries preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Fluency in English and Filipino (written and verbal)
