Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate business strategies and territory plans to achieve annual sales forecasts.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities from existing clients and acquire new clients.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure all administration is current using CRM software.
• Create client proposals, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the handover of won business to operational teams.
• Develop and implement business development, marketing, and departmental KPI strategies.
• Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Proven sales experience within a Pharmaceutical organization or Clinical Research Organization (CRO).
• Experience in the clinical supply field, preferably in a contract environment.
• Strong understanding of Quality Standards, including GMP, GCP, and GDP.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate at a senior management level.
• Willingness to travel on company business.
