About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell marketing solutions to brands and organizations with a turnover of £200m+
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to contract implementation
  • Create and design bespoke agency solutions for clients
  • Develop structured sales strategies, plans, and profit targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing to manage ABM programs
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop long-term, profitable client relationships
  • Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of sales experience
  • Graduate level education
  • Experience selling marketing, content, design, or creative agency services
  • Experience with long-term sales cycles and RFI/RFPs
  • Proven face-to-face and telephone sales, prospecting, and negotiating skills
  • Hunter sales mentality with a consultative approach
  • Strong document creation and sales deck capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management and time management skills
