About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify potential SME clients
  • Analyze customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points
  • Present Odoo software solutions through tailored demonstrations
  • Provide customized quotes and negotiate contract conditions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding

Requirements

  • Strong business knowledge and curiosity
  • Genuine interest in IT and software
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical vision and a fighting spirit
  • Strong relational and negotiation skills
  • Good organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business degree with 1+ years of experience in Sales
  • Previous experience in Sales, Consultancy, or the IT sector
  • Convincing communicator with an overachiever spirit
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
