About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify potential SME clients
- Analyze customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points
- Present Odoo software solutions through tailored demonstrations
- Provide customized quotes and negotiate contract conditions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding
Requirements
- Strong business knowledge and curiosity
- Genuine interest in IT and software
- Fluent in English
- Analytical vision and a fighting spirit
- Strong relational and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Business degree with 1+ years of experience in Sales
- Previous experience in Sales, Consultancy, or the IT sector
- Convincing communicator with an overachiever spirit
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
