Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists
• Develop a deep understanding of products and communicate features and benefits
• Build rapport with potential customers and tailor product offerings to their needs
• Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting value propositions
• Address customer objections and concerns professionally
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
• Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
