Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients, specifically those utilizing WPS for payroll distribution and processing
• Source and follow up on leads to maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve onboarding targets
• Support client onboarding by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of KYC, CDD, and AML documentation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase product usage and retention
• Coordinate with internal Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to resolve client issues
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, client databases, and activity reports

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services, exchange houses, or payroll fintech
• Proven experience working with WPS or salary processing solutions
• Familiarity with KYC, CDD, and AML compliance requirements
• Mandatory valid UAE Driving License and possession of a personal car
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an execution-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with or residency in the Northern Emirates territory
• Experience in external sales roles within the fintech sector
