About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads for retail projects and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Manage and encourage Masons, Contractors, and Architects to use MYKL products
  • Create and maintain brand awareness and recall through promotional meets
  • Generate and maintain site funnels from Masons, Contractors, Dealers, and Architects
  • Onboard key stakeholders onto company engagement platforms
  • Drive secondary sales of focus products from converted sites
  • Plan and execute promotional meets and Naka activities in coordination with sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Monitor local environments for new retail projects and coordinate with the sales team
  • Review dealer displays to ensure advantageous product placement over competitors

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
  • Ability to manage relationships with Masons, Contractors, and Architects
  • Proficiency in using CRM, Salesforce, or Excel for data management
  • Capability to execute field activities and promotional meets
  • Strong market intelligence and sampling activity management skills
