About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential new clients to increase business
- Promote company products and services to address client objectives
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients while increasing the client base
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal guidelines
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices
- Provide after-sales support and trustworthy feedback
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Internship or 1 year of experience in SaaS sales preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven negotiation abilities
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience with business development strategy design and implementation
- Availability to work 6 days a week (Tuesday-Sunday) from the office
