Responsibilities

• Research market trends and develop partnerships with key international partners
• Identify new global markets for strategic business opportunities
• Prospect new customers globally through e-meetings and in-person meetings
• Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations for business onboarding
• Represent the company at worldwide industry events, round tables, and exhibitions
• Conduct country and competitor analysis to define growth strategies
• Implement sales plans to grow income in target geographic sectors
• Work closely with existing global business partners to maximize output

Requirements

• MBA from a reputed university/college is mandatory
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Expert in business development using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Expert in communicating with international clients across various continents
• Ability to work effectively and responsibly without close supervision
• Willingness and ability to undertake extensive global travel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Healthcare Tourism, International Healthcare, Hospitality, or Aviation industries
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Demonstrable influencing skills
