Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present suitable logistics solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for potential customers
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM database
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
• Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Support key account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• UAE Driving License is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, or e-commerce industries
