Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full business development cycle for Crypto Expo, from identifying potential sponsors to closing deals.
• Build a strong pipeline of sponsors and partners, including crypto exchanges, VCs, and Web3 projects.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and video meetings to global decision-makers.
• Pitch sponsorship packages, exhibition booths, and speaking slots to C-level executives.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive upsells and renewals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and deal data within the CRM (HubSpot).
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven track record in events, fintech, crypto, or SaaS sectors.
• Strong hunter mentality with experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
• A genuine interest in Web3, blockchain, and financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling sponsorships, exhibition space, or digital media.
• Existing network within the crypto or fintech ecosystem.
• Multilingual skills (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish).
• Experience working in MENA or other emerging markets.
