Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell new and existing exhibition spaces to achieve strategic and financial targets
• Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices
• Expand and develop the exhibition database and contact new markets to acquire exhibitors
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure high-standard exhibition delivery
• Implement key account strategies and maintain high client retention through effective follow-up
• Develop new sales initiatives and programs to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
• Set, track, and deliver sales targets across all assigned bands

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B events or the financial sector
• Proven experience in the exhibition industry is mandatory
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (oral and written) is essential
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel to various events and conferences
