About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell new and existing exhibition spaces to achieve strategic and financial targets
- Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices
- Expand and develop the exhibition database and contact new markets to acquire exhibitors
- Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure high-standard exhibition delivery
- Implement key account strategies and maintain high client retention through effective follow-up
- Develop new sales initiatives and programs to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
- Set, track, and deliver sales targets across all assigned bands
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B events or the financial sector
- Proven experience in the exhibition industry is mandatory
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (oral and written) is essential
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to various events and conferences
