Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for AMC contracts and Fit-Out projects using CRM, LinkedIn, and market research.
• Identify new business opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
• Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations in coordination with technical teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B corporate clients, developers, consultants, and property owners.
• Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Monitor project progress and client feedback to support the renewal of existing AMC or FM contracts.
• Provide regular reports on lead activity, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of UAE-based experience in Fit-Out or Facility Management business development.
• Proven track record in sales or business development within the Fit-Out, Interior Design, or FM industries.
• Strong understanding of AMC contracts, FM operations, and interior project workflows.
• Proficiency in lead generation tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet targets.
